This building is one of the oldest available stone buildings in Chabahar and this is a relic of English. It has been established during the late Qajar dynasty in 1867 constructed by the English in order for connections between India, Gwadar, Jask and Bandar Abbas for business and sea development
The building has two floors and mostly built with wooden columns. It is located next to the post office and telecommunication company in Molavi street, Chabahar, Iran
